Marly and Joe Blackston and friends Loudin, Dustin and James caught some very nice fish. Today’s catch included a sailfish release for Dustin. We also lost two billfish near the end of the trip on broken lines.

The spring fishing season has begun. There is a mixed bag with yellowfin tuna, blackfin tuna, wahoo, and mahi. There have even been reports of white marlin and blue marlin in the trolling spreads of other Hatteras charter boats.
